Welcome to Plain Bird a safe space for people with all kinds of trauma. Mine began in September of 2023 with 9 ER visits, 4 GI doctors, a nurse that black listed me from the one doctor I did trust and not getting any answers. The trama of an endoscopy and 100's of tests that reviled nothing. I wanted to share my experience so others don't feel alone like I did.

This is also a story of healing myself and taking my body into my own hands. The story of all the wonderful people that are helping me heal and navigate this new way of life. I want to share my findings and resources that may help others. Please don't take any of my advise before asking a doctor YOU TRUST. I am not a medical professional just a person that is finding a path. There is no wrong way to heal only your way or my way they are all wonderful. Thank you for being a part of my healing!
